This translates to 'The Shield of Christian Piety,' taken from 'Four Reflections of Adults and Children,' and was produced in Italian and French by Cyprien de la Nativité in 1663, Brussels.

French text. 263 pages. Bound in vellum. Cover is worn and soiled. Boards are slightly bowed. Bumped corners. Chipped spine ends. Text block is cracked. Pages are toned and foxed.
